Review Policy
Who can review
Only registered users can post a review, and only one review per business. Business owners cannot review their own business.
What we remove
- Reviews containing abuse, hate speech or threats.
- Reviews containing personal information such as phone numbers or addresses.
- Fake reviews, including paid or incentivised reviews.
- Content unrelated to an actual customer experience.
Moderation
Reviews are checked by an administrator before publication. Anyone can report a published review. Business owners can publicly reply once to any review of their business.
What we do not do
We do not delete negative reviews at a business owner request, and review removal cannot be purchased.
